Customer Service Center

 

SFHA office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please contact our Customer Care Department by phone at (415)715-5200 with your questions or concerns.

Our friendly and helpful representatives are happy to assist you.

 

The worker of the day is available from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each business day to see walk in clients/landlords and assist with urgent housing related matters. No appointment is required. You may also contact your eligibility worker via email. The worker's email address is last name, first initial @sfha.org.

The SFHA is closed for a number of holidays.  Always check the calendar to avoid an unnecessary trip.
