PRE-BID CONFERENCE & WALKTHROUGH

In person Pre-bid conference and walk through will be held at The City and County of San Francisco, 1815 Egbert Ave Street, San Francisco, CA 94124. An on-site walkthrough will follow IMMEDIATELY after the conclusion of the pre-bid conference. Interested bidders are encouraged to arrive ON TIME.

Make up walk through available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on January 19 - 23, 2026. Please email RFPprocurement@sfha.org to make an appointment. All email requests must be made at LEAST 1 business day before the walkthrough by 4:30 p.m. We recommend to bring your Subcontractors to the on-site walkthrough to get a better understanding of the project
