Please send Hard copy proposal to Attention: Karina Suarez, Procurement Analyst, 1815 Egbert Avenue, 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94124. (Note: Proposed costs MUST be entered within the eProcurement Marketplace and any “hard copy” documentation must be physically received/time-stamped by the Authority prior to this date/time).

Section 3, Minority- and/or women-owned businesses and Section 3 Business concerns are encouraged to respond. Go to https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com/registration/vendor/vendor_signup.html to register your business in the Marketplace at no cost.

Skilled Residents are encouraged to submit their contact information to be considered for Section 3 employment opportunities. Go to https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com and click on the blue Section 3 Economic Opportunity box and Section 3 Resident Registration link. Select California (CA) from the state drop down box and select the Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco. Find the link to your development (if your development is not listed, contact the Authority Contact person at the email listed above with the name of your development and it will be added. Fill in and submit the Section 3 Resident Registration form at no cost.
