PRE-BID CONFERENCE & WALKTHROUGH

In-person pre-bid conference will be held at the Plaza East Apartments, 1300 Buchanan St, San Francisco, CA 94115. An on-site walkthrough will follow IMMEDIATELY after the conclusion of the pre-bid conference. Interested GC's are encouraged to arrive ON TIME.

Make up walk through available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Monday, July 24 and July 27, 2026. Please email RFPprocurement@sfha.org to make an appointment. All email requests must be made at LEAST 1 business day before the walkthrough by 4:30 p.m. We recommend to bring your Subcontractors to the on-site walkthrough to get a better understanding of the project

Skilled Residents are encouraged to submit their contact information to be considered for Section 3 employment opportunities. Go to https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com and click on the blue Section 3 Economic Opportunity box and Section 3 Resident Registration link. Select California (CA) from the state drop down box and select the Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco.
