Annual Plan 2023

The Annual Plan is a comprehensive guide to public housing agency policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. The comment period is between May 9, 2023 through June 24, 2023. The proposed plan is available at www.sfha.org. It is physically available at the Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco, California 94124 by appointment. All appointment requested and comments must be submitted to masonl@sfha.org or via U.S.P.S. mail addressed to 1815 Egbert Avenue, San Francisco, California, 94124, with attention to "Office of General Counsel" and received by June 24, 2023. Comments on the Annual Plan are welcomed at the June 14, 2023 Public Meeting or the June 29, 2023 Public Hearing.

The Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco (Authority) is opening its waitlist application process for studio units (two-person household maximum) in the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Project-Based Voucher (PBV) program. The Authority will open waitlist applications to the public on 03/27/2023 starting at 8:00 AM and close applications on 03/29/2023 at 5:00 PM. Once the waitlist applications are closed, the Authority will use a lottery to randomly draw names from the list of applications submitted for each community site. Those names drawn will be placed on one (or more) of the RAD/PBV waitlists. Applying for the lottery does not guarantee you a place on one of the RAD/PBV waitlists.
