A cornerstone of the HCV program is the participation of the property owners who make their properties available for rent to the residents we serve. The Authority partners with over 3,500 landlords to provide affordable, decent, safe and sanitary housing to HCV program participants.

HOUSING OPPORTUNITY – WAITLIST LOTTERY OPENING

The Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco (Authority) is opening its waitlist application process for studio units (two-person household maximum) in the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Project-Based Voucher (PBV) program. The Authority will open waitlist applications to the public on 03/27/2023 starting at 8:00 AM and close applications on 03/29/2023 at 5:00 PM. Once the waitlist applications are closed, the Authority will use a lottery to randomly draw names from the list of applications submitted for each community site. Those names drawn will be placed on one (or more) of the RAD/PBV waitlists. Applying for the lottery does not guarantee you a place on one of the RAD/PBV waitlists. 

Finance Operations Consultant Services: Pre-Proposal Conference - Friday, August 12, 2022

The Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco (SFHA) is hosting a pre-proposal conference for the 22-020-RFP-004 Finance Operations Consultant Services on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 1:00-2:00pm PST.  This meeting will include a brief introduction, overview of the Request for Proposal (RFP) Document as well as next steps. If you have questions, you may submit them to Louis A. White, Procurement Analyst, at RFPprocurement@sfha.org. The question deadline is August 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. PST and the proposal deadline is August 26, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. PST.
