PRE-BID CONFERENCE & WALKTHROUGH

Wednesday, November 12 at 9:30 AM PST

In-person pre-bid conference will be held at the City and County of San Francisco, 1815 Egbert Ave, San Francisco, CA 94124. An on-site walkthrough will follow IMMEDIATELY after the conclusion of the pre-bid conference. Interested bidders are encouraged to arrive ON TIME.

Make up walk through available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 09:30 AM PST. Please email RFPprocurement@sfha.org to make an appointment. All email requests must be made at LEAST 1 business day before the walkthrough by 4:30 p.m. If no appointments are made within this time period, the makeup walkthrough will be CANCELLED.

Skilled Residents are encouraged to submit their contact information to be considered for Section 3 employment opportunities. Go to https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com and click on the blue Section 3 Economic Opportunity box and Section 3 Resident Registration link. Select California (CA) from the state drop down box and select the Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco. Find the link to your development (if your development is not listed, contact the Authority Contact person at the email listed above with the name of your development and it will be added. Fill in and submit the Section 3 Resident Registration form at no cost.
